My friend Jeff is the lead singer of the band No Second Troy (see Feb. blog entry). The band had a gig at the legendary 9:30 Club for the first time — my friends and I went to show them our support. They put on an amaaaaaaazing performance. Their vocals and music were tight. They had an impressive turnout. When they finished their set we met Jeff backstage to congratulate him. He invited us to the after-party, but unfortunately we couldn’t go — we had taken the metro into D.C. and we needed to catch the last train back to the burbs. I’m proud that all their hard work is paying off for them. I look forward to watching them progress as their fan base grows.

I was at that show, it totally rocked. I left right after No Second Troy though, I have no idea how Juniper Lane was.
