I ran into the Giant near my home to pick up some items when I learned that former Redskin Ken Harvey was there signing autographs and giving away copies of a children’s book he wrote called ‘When Chocolate Milk Moved’. His appearance was a pleasant surprise. I got an autographed photo of him for my sister-in-law who loves the Redskins and talked with him for a little while. A few minutes into our conversation I realized that I had previously met him 10 years ago at a charity fundraiser. He was a really nice guy — very sincere and has an obvious passion for community involvement.
