SPECIAL NOTE: Hey, all my Gal on the Go friends, if you don’t know already, at the end of July I am embarking on a cycling journey of more than 500+ miles from NY to Niagara Falls over 7 days all in the name of cancer research!!!! The past cannot be undone, but TOGETHER, we can make a difference in saving those battling cancer now. I hope that you will follow my journey through my IG @gal0tgo and even better, make a donation: www.crushcancer.us

Gal on the Go

My life has been a wild ride filled with many unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experiences! I proudly served as a U.S. ambassador at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver for Alpine skiing and the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi for ice hockey. In addition, I stay connected to my hometown roots as an active Buffalo State College alumnus serving on the alumni board of the student-run radio station, WBNY.

I am a certified instructor in power yoga, yoga sculpt, and Schwinn indoor cycling. A few years ago, my omies encouraged me to launch my dream business venture, Rock n Flow Fitness. RnFF blends my experience as a radio DJ with my skills as a private yoga instructor to artists in the music industry and leader of energetic flows for crowds at festivals and events!

I also host a unique Washington, D.C., experience called Yoga Flow With President Lincoln. A permittee by the National Park Service, I provide private yoga sessions for individuals and groups on JFK Field at the base of the iconic Lincoln Memorial. New for 2021, I’m excited to share that Wolf Trap National Park is also a venue option this year! To book one of these fun experiences for you and your friends/family, email me at rocknflowfitness@gmail.com.

My goal is to motivate you to reconnect with your joy and encourage you to empower yourself as you build strength and flexibility to apply in all areas of your life!

I am always happy to hear from you.
